Ohio's Domestic Asset Protection Trust Statute Once Again Ranked in the Top Tier

Good News!!! Ohio's Domestic Asset Protection Trust Statute (also referred to as the Ohio Legacy Trust Statute) was once again ranked in the top 5 of the national rankings (actually #4 in this most recently released rankings) as compiled and presented by attorney Steve Oshins. Ohio's DAPT statute has the shortest statute of limitations (18 months) of the 17 states which have enacted DAPT statutes. A copy of the state DAPT rankings is attached below for your review.
